About myself
Hi, I’m Richard Taft Jr
I’ve been a cyber security professional for the past 8 years and a fitness enthusiast since I could remember. Recently I decided to move away from cyber security and chase my dreams of making fitness my career.
Today, I coach youth and adult boxers and also personally train others to help them achieve their fitness goals. You can catch me posting videos on Youtube, and you can interact with me on this website!
How the process works

Use appropriate service form
Decide if you want online or in-person training and use the contact form. The contact forms on this website work as an invitation to email you and start communication.

Watch your email
You will receive a response from me after I’ve read your form submission, and we will begin communication. You don’t have to commit to hiring me just yet if your uncomfortable. I can answer any further questions you might have.

Fill your forms out
If you decide to make me your trainer, you’ll need to fill out some documentation. These forms will deal with some of your medical history along with our service agreement. We will also exchange additional contact information so that we can communicate better.

Service life-cycle begins
After we make the service agreement, I start working on your customized workout plan and we start building a better you.

To me being an online coach means we are virtually connected through the duration of the service and even after. I’m here to basically help you in every way I can. I become very invested in your success both in and out of fitness.
Every individual has a different set of needs from a personal trainer, and I try to recognize those needs in order to improve your life. But just as a quick overview, here are some of the ways I might impact your life for the better.
I transfer my knowledge to you so you can become proficient with exercise; I devote time developing strategies to help you overcome behavioral obstacles; I help you keep track of your fitness and nutritional progress so we can make adjustments as needed; I devote time and effort in listening about your life in order to improve performance in and out of the gym; I put effort into motivating as needed; I route for your success and help you obtain your ideal self.
Diverse Payments
I accept various forms of payment because I want to focus on our relationship and your progress, not just money. This makes working with me accessible to anyone, regardless of financial standing.
Traditional
Typical payments with cash, debit, credit, paypal, or other mainstream payment apps.
Non-traditional
I’m willing to accept bitcoin, Silver, Goldbacks, Collectible currency, or even jewelry as form of payment.
Barter
I am willing to consider swapping my service for another service, or my service for goods. This makes it so we can work together even in the absence of money.
